"Clean rooms. Staff very helpful & polite. So close to M4 motorway. The the way the hotel is furnished is unreal. Close to Raging Waters water park. 10mins to Blacktown CBD. I will return"

"The room itself felt very dirty. The carpets, curtains and chair had stains in them i could.only imagin what it would.look like under a blue light. Over all though not bad, was right next to the restaurant's and the amenities were not to bad. "

Also even though milk was in the fridge it did not work as I found in the morning when things I put in there were not cold as the fridge was not plugged in. I reported this when checking out but staff member was not overly concerned."

They went far & beyond to organise a bottle of champane,chocolates & a helium balloon on arrival for my daughter's birthday & a cot for my grandson.The view was spectacular,we had city & river views. Comfortable beds,very clean hotel. Perfect location to shops & restaurants. We will be back. "
