The staff was great. The rooms were nice, and clean. Breakfast was o.k., but not for english guests. It is about 20min. taxi ride from Civitavecchia, city water front. We thought it was in the city not the countryside with the cows. Had to spend 110 euros on rides to town and the ship for our cruise. It is a spring - summer resort. there was nothing in the area to do. It is pet-friendly. Cruise guest should get a hotel in town.

What is there not to like about this place. The food, the ambience and the staff are great. It's far/close enough to this that make this a relaxing place. The views are great too :)

The rooms are rustic. Non coated floors give a dusty feeling, our feet and socks were very dirty walking on it. Batroom was great but had unfinished masonned pilar, making it feel unclean. The restaurant on premises did not serve any budget triendly food (it was on the menu but all those options were out) Raw unfinished looking windowsills with no net curtains but with a beautiful view

chambre et salle de bains désuétes mais propre, bonne literie. par contre les abords sont trés mal entretenus, vieux pots de fleurs vide, sacs de terreau, motoculteur abandonné sur le pelouse, l'ensemble n'est pas reluisant. la table, cuisine traditionnelle, est bonne.

Ottima la vista, la piscina e il ristorante dove si mangia molto bene. Molto comodo il materasso. Deludente invece la colazione, di cui ho trovato buono solo il cappuccino, scarsa la pulizia della camera e da rivedere la manutenzione interna ed esterna alla camera. Dormendo circa 100 notti all’anno in hotel diversi credo che le mie critiche siano ben rapportate con tante altre strutture, e i consigli vanno intesi come spunto migliorativo per la struttura, che avrebbe un potenziale enorme e non viene sfruttato
