"From the moment we entered this hotel, we were always warmly greeted and felt at home. We had a great room on the top floor with beams and slanted roofline. The room had all comforts and amenities- including daily refilled glass water bottles. The location couldn’t be beat, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The service was impeccable - our luggage was missing upon arrival to Valencia and they called us when we were out sightseeing to let us know it was now safely at the hotel and in our room. My husband was ill one day and they helped me find a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday evening. We look forward to our return. "
