Apartment in Cap d'Artrutx. Just 2 minutes from the lighthouse!

  • Sa Caseta is part of the Villas Estrellas CB apartment complex.
    It features two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, and a living room with an open kitchen. It has two terraces and a small private garden with a nice barbecue. It is part of a complex of 20 apartments, with a very quiet common area featuring two swimming pools (one for children).
    Sa Caseta is next to the lighthouse and just a 15-minute walk from Cala’n Bosch and its marina. All kinds of amenities are located very close by: supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, restaurants, and car and boat rentals.
    The sunsets from the lighthouse are spectacular, and the house’s location allows you to visit many of the most famous coves: Cala’n Bosch, Cala Blanca, Cala Santandria, Cala Turqueta, Cala Macarella, Cala Macarelleta… And Ciutadella is just 7 km away.

Cap D’Artrutx Apartment

The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful apartment with outside, roomy patio in a peaceful area.Lovely sunsets from a few yards away and handy for restaurants and supermarkets. Will definitely be back.

Calme et équipements au top

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la résidence très calme. La piscine est ouverte en permanence à condition de respecter les autres résidents. L'emplacement permet d'accéder facilement à toute la partie Ouest de l'île. Séjour au top, nous recommandons cette location.
