Casa Carlos is a perfect retreat for families and groups of friends looking for an unforgettable holiday in Ciutadella de Menorca. This welcoming house is located close to the sea, offering a unique experience of relaxation and connection with nature. The quiet residential area of Son Cabrises, 1.5 km from Cala Blanca beach and just 5 km from the center of Ciutadella, is a peaceful and secluded area, ideal for nature lovers. Cala Blanca beach is 1,200 meters walking distance following the coastline and 1.6 km by road. In this area, you will find several bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and all kinds of services. Within a radius of approximately 10 km, there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca.   
  
The house accommodates up to 6 guests, distributed across 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy their time together. It features 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as an additional guest toilet, ensuring comfort for all guests. In the hallway that connects the three bedrooms, there is an air-conditioning unit that provides cooling and ensures a comfortable night’s rest for all guests.   
  
There is a spacious living room and a very large, fully equipped kitchen, which is one of the highlights of the house. The kitchen includes a fridge, washing machine, freezer, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable during your stay.   
  
Outdoors, the huge plot of over 5,000 m² offers the perfect setting for the whole family to enjoy a vast natural Mediterranean garden. In another area, you will find a large swimming pool of over 70 m², a covered terrace, and a barbecue, all ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying wonderful Mediterranean holidays. The entire property is fully fenced, providing both privacy and security.   
  
The location is excellent: just 1,500 meters from Cala Blanca beach and very close to supermarkets and restaurants, allowing guests to enjoy both convenience and nearby services. Private parking with two spaces adds extra comfort to your stay.

Bonjour . Que dire... Jardin dans un état horrible pelouse pàs du tout entretenue , pelouse haute de 15 cm Les coussins de transats sont moisis. Bouteilles de bière vides trouvées parterre dans un sac en plein milieu de là pelouse Le parasol cassé et posé parterre devant là porte d 'entrée; Bref c'était lamentable et nous demandons un remboursement partiel suite aux préjudices. Jamais nous n 'avons vu cela J' attend une réponse de votre part. Merci MR LE Strat
