The house and garden are just right for two adults and their dogs. The house stays cool during the day, the garden gets a lot of sunshine and is very private. "Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. I highly recommend every single part of this property and the wonderful chiara who looked after us so well."

"Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you would hope for. Amazing gift basket of brioche, pastries, bread, crackers, jams, honey, coffee and milk. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. Our host Carola was so wonderful and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer."

"We had a lovely stay in Umbria with a total of 10 friends (and 4 small children). It is a lovely place, perfectly suitable for such large groups. We enjoyed the lovely garden, barbecue and swimming pool a lot. Thank you!"

"The property was built in 1500 but updated recently. It definitely has its quirks related to gas and electricity. More written instructions in the home would be useful. The home is spacious with the exception of the galley style kitchen. There is a lovely courtyard that seems to be very unique to properties within the walls of Cortona. There are a couple of nice walks around Cortona. You are not too far from Sienna for a day trip."

"Anna and her husband are excellent hosts and the house was very clean and had all the extra hand-gel etc as expected in these strange times. They very un-obtrusively came in early each morning to check/clean the pool and kindly let us help ourselves to their vegetable garden - onions and tomatoes were delicious! "Bon séjour très reposant , agréable piscine avec une vue magnifique. Logement très propre avec juste ce qu il faut! Il manquait quand même un fer et une table à repasser. Le jardin est sympa mais pas très entretenu. L agriturismo est situé non loin de Gubbio mais il faut emprunter un petIt chemin pour y accéder. Accueil sympathique."

"Quaint, comfortable apartment with spectacular views from patio. Easy walking distance to main square. Alen, the property manager who checked us in was great; a Cortona resident who provided lots of suggestions. Samantha, the owner was also easy to work with and stayed in communication from booking to departure. Highly recommend property and host. For those arriving by train, I would suggest booking a taxi well in advance as they are difficult to arrange. We booked Saban Salijevic who was great!...
