"Lovely hotel with apartments in right in the centre of town, nice mixture of old heritage building with modern rooms Only down side, breakfast was not included and is extremely over-priced for what's on offer and the service considering it was very quiet was poor (too slow and items forgotten twice and having to be reminded) "

"From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the staff - that includes all departments, always pleasant, friendly and professional - all done with a smile. We were lucky with the parking and arrived early so there wasn't a problem to find a spot although there is limited area at the back of the hotel. Warm welcome ,our room was on the first floor - room 2 - it was ok, good size, well decorated with small bathroom -the only real negative was that it was a bit dark and even though there were 2 chairs to sit ,they weren't really that comfy to relax and watch the tv - we were staying for 2 days over xmas. Great dining area's and bar area all really nicely decorated. Food was excellent - we had 2 breakfasts and Christmas Day lunch which were all really good - very tasty and good quality.Thanks for a lovely stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again but maybe upgrade our room next time"
