"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily give it a well-deserved 5 star rating. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a fantastic impression, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and consistently polite. Every interaction felt genuine, and they went out their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress free. The room itself was spotless. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a top priority here, the linens were fresh, the bathroom was immaculate, and everything was well organized and maintained. It made relaxing after a long day so much easier. One of the biggest highlight of this hotel is its convenience. Getting from point A to point B was effortless, whether I was heading out for sightseeing, dining, or transportation. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything you might need. I also noticed there were several areas and facilities within the building that I didn’t get the chance to explore during my stay. They looked inviting and well designed, and I would definitely love to experience more of the atmosphere and amenities the next time I visit Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Between the exceptional staff, the pristine rooms, and the convenient location, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "

"The hotel wasn't terrible. There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. I just found it strange they would use front of house staff that didnt understand english for crucial roles. The buffet wasnt worth the money at breakfast unfortunately however the 45 floor japanese bbq was great and worth the money for sure. "

"房間很乾淨格局也很棒，該有的都有。櫃檯的人員也非常親切，還可以借充電器。 早餐非常豐盛非常好吃！拿鐵也超好喝，雖然是自動機器，但是是喝過的同機型咖啡裡面最好喝的，比7-11好喝非常多！ 最想大力稱讚的是在早餐區服務的員工，非常貼心又盡責，一桌一桌去提醒晚到的房客早餐截止時間，提醒大家趁早去夾最後一輪。前幾次去高雄玩住的飯店都有難以接受的缺點，現在知道了，以後再到高雄玩會再選擇這裡的！"
