The decor was lacking and the room did not feel welcoming. There was just something missing. 富野完全不是一個「渡假飯店」，感覺是由一個商務飯店部分改裝為親子房、兒童遊戲空間，所以親子房內部是非常不適合小孩的深色地毯、光線昏暗。公共遊戲區域很小、電刷車開放時間很短ㄧ天只有四個時段，早餐很⋯⋯糟，隔音極差所以很難入睡，濕氣很重，家人住八樓有明顯異味、浴室洗手台兩個都因為頭髮堵住無法正常排水（因為回房很晚了，所以只好自己處理一邊）、毛巾不乾淨。
