"The hotel is at a great location , close to oistins and st. Lawrence Bay . Plenty of restaurants to choose from . The staff are amazing and very friendly . I don’t know why some reviews said they are rude . They’re welcoming and ready to help you . Yes the property is a bit outdated but it’s very clean and it has the amenities u need in the kitchen . I enjoyed our stay in the hotel . Would definitely stay here again "

"Great deal for the price and that's why I gave 5 stars. Are a couple small things that could be better: no coffee in the rooms, don't always get wash cloths, and a bit noisy at night."

"Our rooms ac was not working well. It was hot. I called the front desk and Karen said she will be right up to check it out. She wasted not time and checked it out, went downstairs and said she will move our rooms, told us to pack our stuff. Up graded us to a king executive suite with a balcony and microwave, and complimentary breakfast. Karen is the best. I have to shout out Lisa too, they are very nice and friendly at the front desk, especially checking in."
