"The hotels staff were very professional and helpful! They accommodated very well and remembered my birthday once I mentioned to one of the staff managers. The front desk staff remembered, they set a surprise in my room and for breakfast that mornings with bday decor. It was little special things that made my day. We were in the room above one of the restaurants that moved tables and chairs in the morning. After my noise complaints they worked hard to fix the problem and we were switch to another room. This was both a nice adult and family hotel. I mean everyone on there staff was so friendly. "
