"Nice property in a central location, close to the beach and promenade, as well as local restaurants and bars. Good base for exploring the local area, close to Staithes, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. Flat was spacious and clean, having everything you would need for a short break. Only grumble was strict check-in/out policy, not being able to access entry until 4pm, and early check-out by 10am."

"I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. "A home from home! My daughter & I had a lovely week exploring Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Whitby, Skelton, York, Thornton-le-Dale, the Moors, Helmsley, Redcar etc! The apartment is in a great location with all the required necessities & the bonus of free parking on the road outside the apartment. "Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets. My only advice to Andy, would be to maybe consider leaving a large soft headed brush for guests to sweep the floor and a tea towel. That aside, i...

"My and my husband along with our pooch poppy had a lovely weekend away for our first wedding anniversary. Beach is a 5 min walk away and was lovely to walk along each day. We walked to Redcar along the sea front one day which was 4.5miles and a lovely day to do it. Accommodation was fab and a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend!"

"Staithes is mine and my partner's favourite place in the UK. We have stayed in Staithes a few times now and I can honestly say I would recommend this cottage to anyone.
