Heaven on a Hill
We received the warmest greeting by Noelita when we arrived. She thoughtfully had breakfast items and water stocked for us. The villa is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and may be even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We were surprised how short the trail was to get to the beach... and to have the beach all to ourselves for a week was surreal. We easily spent hours at the beach looking for small shells, splashing in the waves and walking in the soft black sand. The villa has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before splashing in the pool. We enjoyed hearing the waves of the ocean at the house during the day and while we stargazed from the pool at night. The views from the pool and the patio are truly unmatched... the flowering plants perfectly framed the ocean, the private beach and the Pitons in the distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and make tea and coffee in the mornings. A small grocery store was less than 2 miles away. We enjoyed eating out out Mama Tilly's and Cafe EnVille only 7 mins away. Highly recommend both! The villa recommended Abnel for car rental... they blew us away with their service! They truly went above and beyond. Also, the villa recommended Junior's Reeltime Adventure... they took the best care of us! Fishing, snorkeling at 2 amazing locations, an phenomenal beach lunch, the best mangos we have ever had, and the bat cave for 8 hours. They treated us like family.

A slice of Heaven overlooking beautiful Caribbean Waters and Cliffs
Noelita was our host for the rental and she was very happy to see us. She showed us the space and all we needed to know for our 3 night stay. The views were amazing with one of the Pitons visable as well. This rental included a private beach ahared with a couple other properties close by. This beach is beautiful with black sand and rocks. A favorite place of mine. The photo on the property listing does not do it justice. It is incredible. 3 ofnthe 4 bedrooms open out on to the pool deck so there is nice space for private couple time as well. Beautiful place! Sharing with all our friends!

Best stay ever!
This is our 2nd trip to St. Lucia and I cannot recommend this home and location enough. The property was clean, completely representative of the listing, and spacious. The air-conditioning worked fabulously and we had ample hot water - more than enough for our group of 5. We have previously stayed at a villa next door and we will NEVER do so again (so many hiccups and issues with them - not at Ma Villa!) Ma Villa is far superior. Danielle was very easy to communicate with and checked in several times prior to our trip and on our arrival. The real gem was Noelita who is one of the most kind people we've ever met. We ADORE St. Lucia even more so because of Ma Villa and the host and staff. Don't be fooled by other villas - this one is the real deal. We won't stay anywhere else again. Easy 5 star review - I'd give it 10 if I could. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

Great location to explore St Lucia
Our family loved this property. The view is fantastic and the pool was in use every day. It’s a beautifully kept place and Danielle and Noelita are very responsive and have great recommendations for places to see, where to eat, etc. Had a wonderful day on the boat with Junior and father from Reel Time adventures. Highly recommend!!

Best getaway
We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The property manager and staff were absolutely fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. From taking morning hikes on the nearby trails, enjoying the beautiful volcanic sand beach just down from the house and soothing ourselves in the beautiful ocean which we had to ourselves to lounging in the pool and taking in the breathtaking view with the fabulous sunsets we couldn't have asked for a better home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amazing Villa!
What an amazing place to stay! We certainly would book again! The patio/pool area has such a nice outlook over the ocean and adjacent bluffs, plus you can see the top of one of the Pitons. The house itself is very nice and well appointed. Noelita is the local house manager and is a super nice lady. She cooks amazing food and helped us out with many questions! She even brought her granddaughter along to braid our daughter's hair! Note that all of the outlets are european, so come prepared with european adapters. There are a few in the house for use too. If you have little kids (our youngest is 3), the pool is a bit deep. The older ones loved it though! We were so happy we rented this place, we can't wait to come back! Merci Beaucoup!!

Truly exceptional.
Both the view and the Villa are absolutely breathtaking. Maintenance, including the surrounding gardens are 2nd to none. Fixtures and fittings are very good. There are double glazed doors that slide into the wall and with the folding doors open it feels like the ocean has come to visit you. Not in the middle of everything but that’s just the way I like it, shops and supermarket is only a short drive away supermarket less than 10 minutes. There is every possible utensil and cutlery you could wish for and lots of them. Additional gifts, like a shelf full of seasoning Large bag of ice in the freezer and many more. WiFi works well. The host and housekeeper are both very cooperative. Couldn’t wish for a better stay. Just one thing, please don’t let this deter you the Vella is absolutely fantastic. Not a major minus more an observation, as an engineer I do consider these things. The main bedroom is on one side of the Vella next to it is a lovely well proportioned shower/bathroom and an amazing outdoor shower. On the other side You have three bedrooms with one amazing bathroom/shower although there is another outdoor shower for the pool. The problem is, it feels a little awkward walking through the lounge to use the other bathroom, so the three bedrooms on that side of the property negotiate to use of that one bathroom. Perhaps next time you renovate, you can consider adding an ensuite onto one of the other bedrooms.

In the sleeping area on the right upon entering, there are 2 bathrooms + 1 outdoor bathroom: therefore 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. Ma Villa is extraordinary!
Our group of 3 couples stayed here for 4 nights after a catamaran boat charter out of Rodney Bay. The process of renting was seamless with Danielle being a very responsive host. We rented a car and drove to this little piece of paradise in Choiseul. We were very impressed by the beauty of the villa itself, the unique decor of the interior and the amazing view! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was when Noelita, the very helpful property manager prepared a delicious St Lucian meal for us! She is truly a beautiful lady! We were able to drive to many activities and nearby restaurants. We went to the Sulphur Springs, complete with the mud baths, the botanical gardens, with Diamond Falls, the Tet Paul Trail Hike that has amazing views of the Pitons. Some of us went to Island ATV for a great adventure of riding, rappelling and hiking through a beautiful creek. We ate at the Tree Top Restaurant that had great views and absolutely wonderful cuisine. We stopped at Just a Chill Bar and Grill for a take out lunch and Serenity Escape for roti. A Massy grocery store was close by for the rest of the food we needed for our stay, especially because we didn’t want to leave the villa’s pool and exceptional view! Sunsets were stunning. I just can’t say enough about this gem of a place! Thank you Danielle and Noelita for your hospitality!

The Villa is beautiful with one of the best views! The beach is close by, Noelita is amazing and was a great cook. We did a snorkeling adventure with Junior, which I highly recommend! We had a great time!

WOW!
What amazing island! We have nothing bad to say about our stay! The listing and photos are an accurate representation of the property. The view is absolutely amazing. Noelita is very nice and willing to help with anything you need. There is a charcoal grill at the house but charcoal is hard to find, Noelita brought some by and left it for us to use. I was not aware that the best way to communicate with Noelita is with the WhatsApp, I would recommend getting that set up before your visit so she can give you the directions to the villa the GPS does not take you there. We will for sure visit again!

Hard to leave
Ma Villa is the perfect retreat. Other than going to the grocery store you could literally spend your entire vacation at the Villa. House & Pool overlooking the ocean with a short but semi steep walk down to your own mostly private beach! The guest book at the house there are directions for a short walk to an old sugar mill. We had 2 adults, 4 kids ranging from 8-14. From the front door the kitchen is to the left with an eating & sitting area directly in front of you & stairs to the right that bring you up to the lofted TV area (we never even turned the TV on once in 7 days :)). The master suite is to the left, the remaining 3 bedrooms are to the right, 2 face the ocean, 1 faces a luscious garden. All bedrooms & the main living area have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall which allows for a beautiful & refreshing sea breeze. The Air Conditioning wall units & washing machine were great options to have. The beach was quite large & fun to explore, the ocean floor was sandy which lent well to playing in the waves. The locals are so gracious & kind! Noelita was amazing!! She takes great care of the house & any questions we had she was super responsive. Junior, Chrisy & Gibbs with Reel Time Adventures were awesome! They were so informative & gracious, they felt like old friends! We were lucky enough to catch & eat a fish & we were super lucky to see mother & calf humpback whales!! Abnel & Alison were great from the airport pickup to drop off.

Amazing Villa
We had a lovely time staying in the Villa. It is very comfortable inside and the outdoor space is generous with incredible views. Pool and beach are terrific as well. The host was extremely responsive and Noelita cooked our group a meal which was super tasty. Have stayed in many houses - this one is top notch in all ways.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ma Villa. Mornings we would head out on the day's adventure, hiking the Tet Paul Trail or snorkeling at one of the many nearby beaches and then return to relax the afternoon away in the comfortable furniture by the pool. The villa is close to two other villas, but you wouldn't know it as they are far enough away that you have complete privacy. We would like to commend Noelita on her quick response to a small issue with one of the sliding doors soon after our arrival and her attention throughout our stay. Thank you Danielle for recommending Abnel for our car rental. We have rented cars many times over the years, and Abnel was, by far, the best in price and service we have ever experienced. Overall our stay at Ma Vill was very relaxing. Thank you, Danielle for sharing your vacation home with us.

What a beautiful environment.
The highlight of the week was the spectacular sunsets. Spectacular. The short walk to a private beach and hanging out at the pool made the week. A previous comment discussed the lack of american outlets, but that issue has been rectified no need to search for adapters.

Ma Villa stay Feb-Mar
Danielle, the owner, was very quick to respond and quite accommodating. Ma Villa is a gorgeous property overlooking the ocean. There is a beach accessible via a pathway from the house. The seas can be rough here but it is a beautiful beach. The pool is very nice, clean and refreshing. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quite safe. The property caretaker, Noelita, was wonderful! Such a delight and very responsive to any needs. She cooked us a delicious St. Lucian dinner for my husband's birthday. I would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful location but kitchen had black mold
The house was nice and the pool, patio and views were amazing. However, upon arriving we noticed a smell coming from the kitchen drawers and upon opening them there was black mold in the drawers and on the utensils. I alerted the housekeeper and the property owner of the situation. The property owner was very responsive but was not on the island so was not able to remedy the situation herself. The housekeeper ended up washing one item from one of the drawers which did not solve the problem. We were very disappointed as we enjoy cooking while we are on vacation and were reluctant to do so due to the situation. Also, the AC was not working in one of the bedrooms and the housekeeper was aware of it when we checked in and assured us it would be fixed but it never was so it was very hot and uncomfortable sleeping in that room for our entire stay. It's disappointing when you pay good money for a rental and there are issues like this.

We brought in a company that found everything to be in order and functioning properly. The travelers will appreciate by reading the other opinions, the veracity of yours. Family Celebration trip
First of all, the location is beautiful. The view of the Caribbean sea is stellar and surreal. The private beach was beautiful but the walk down there is not for anyone with mobility issues. The dark sand was very soft and fine on the toes. My daughter had some lovely engagement photos taken on the beach and grounds of the villa. Very quiet and private setting. We enjoyed the lay out of the villa-inside and out. Nice to have the one bedroom with its own bath on one end of the house and the others on the other end. The covered siting area by the pool was a favorite gathering area. And the pool was lovely. A major issues is the plugs in the villa. We know that we needed to purchase adapters and my son purchased many. However, this villa is not wired like others in St Lucia - it is European so our adapters did not work. Thank goodness there was one adapter for my husband's breathing machine, otherwise we would have had to cancel the vacation. We actually went to many stores on the island and none have these adapters. We had to disconnect his breathing machine in order to use the coffee pot and microwave. Thank good ness my son brought a charging station for the cell phones. The only appliance that did not require the adapter was the toaster. Would also be nice to have a clothes dryer. Another issue was one of the air conditioners in the bedrooms was not working for 5 days. It was very warm in that room 86 degrees. My daughter and her fiancée had to leave their door open with a fan on in order to cool off their room. So now I come to the star of this villa, Noelita. She is a five star! She kept our villa neat and clean, cooked us amazing meals, went shopping for all our various requests, and even did our laundry. She managed to give us specific directions for the COVID testing very close in View Fort which saved us a bunch of time. Without her we would have abandoned ship. She knew when we needed to have the COVID testing and told our taxi exactly where to go. She is a lovely woman with a huge heart. She arranged a lovely cookout our last night, drinks, and a beautiful cake. Overall we might return to the villa if Noelita is there. We would love to see her again. It was a pleasant stay with family to celebrate my two youngest graduating college, my daughter's engagement, and a run away before my husband's lung surgery. Would use private taxi-Island taxi and tours.

we are very surprised Catherine to read your comment. Only one air conditioner did not work on the 5 and was repaired on Thursday! The volcano is the cause of this concern the dust of St Vincent the Grenadines damaged a lot of air conditioning we provided a fan. We are happy to read that you appreciated Noelita for her work so why have you paid so badly: you knew that the price of her work is independent of the rental price !! As for the power adapters Noelita provided them immediately. We do not understand tenants like you.

Serene location, blissful family time
The location gave the feeling of being away from reality. The entire property was very clean, and we especially love the indoor/outdoor showers with the greenery. The outdoor area is delightfully spacious, and with some safety upgrades around the pool, tiles and steps outside, I'd recommend it for the blind! All the facilities though French designed, worked well once we figured them out. The onsite BBQ grill was a huge plus for us. This villa gave us the opportunity to enjoy great family time, and work peacefully in a home away from home!

Fantastic!
We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and very well appointed. The outdoors - again, perfect. Beautiful views, great pool, lots of seating to sun or relax. The villa was well stocked with all the cleaning products, and was set-up with all the required Covid supplies. The only downside - and it was a minor thing, definitely not a deal breaker in any way - is there's only two toilets! 4 bedrooms, 5 showers, but only two toilets... The villa could absolutely use an outdoor toilet for use when out on the pool deck, instead of traipsing through one of the bedrooms or down the hall while dripping wet. Again, didn't present much of any problem for us - but something to be aware of for larger family/friend bookings. All in all we had a truly wonderful time, Noelita, the on-site manager was so easy to work with and so gracious, she went out of her way to ensure everything was ready for us. And Danielle, the owner - what can I say? She was a breeze to communicate with and work with - she was always ready to answer any questions along the way. We very much look another stay, hopefully sooner rather than later...

Most relaxing stay I've ever had.
We had a weekend getaway with friends and although we had never been to this VRBO home before, we liked the photos that were posted on VRBO and the description of the home. So when we arrived we were even more amazed with the relaxing atmosphere, sound of the waves, outdoor private showers, clean and modern kitchen and the hospitality of the property host, Noelita. She was amazing. We hope to return to this home again.

THE PARADISE
What a fabulous stay! Unforgettable ! Incredible ! My Husband and I usually come to St Lucia every year but in the north. We had a date in paradise and we ignored it! The house is beautiful! The breathtaking view! The kindness of the owners and the adorable welcome from Noelita! The fisherman on the beach offered us fish and lobsters! This stay was a dream we will be back next summer

Un séjour au paradis
La propriété est encore plus belle que sur l’annonce! Nous avons été éblouis par la plage de sable noir où nous étions seuls au monde. La villa est bien climatisée et offre un confort optimal. Quelle surprise de découvrir les 2 salles de bains à ciel ouvert avec ces plantes exotiques! Une vue magique sur la mer des Caraïbes et une piscine d’où on ne voudrait plus sortir !

Fabulous, unforgettable, wonderful!
We have just returned from a family stay in this superb house. The location is incredible with an extraordinary view of the Caribbean Sea and the sunsets. The house is very well equipped, in absolute calm with a magnificent swimming pool. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Noëlita offers fabulous meals that we highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return this summer.
