"A bit of a fuss since the lobby is on the 6th floor then you walk about 150 m to transfer to another set of elevators to get to your room. Other than that, all good there at hotel new Otani. Beautiful gardens!"

"Great access point, staff were friendly and helpful and though room was small it was cosy. It was perfect location for Tokyo centre. Away from the madness of Shinjuku and close enough to other areas. Plenty to see and do nearby , really perfect location. There was nothing even slightly negative I could say about the place. I would stay there again."
