"Check in was smooth and even though the hotel was slightly further out from the reception, the hotel staff transported our baggage there for us. The staff were very lovely and kind. They even gave us ¥1000 coupons to use around the shopping district which we appreciated very much. Room was spacious and clean, with good amenities.
