The hotel was located in close proximity to the Shizuoka train station and city center, which made it a perfect place to stay for a short trip. We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel before check-in, and the check-in process was easy. The Internet connection was reliable, and the TV had many stations. The staff was not helpful either when I told them that my room is full of smoke. I had booked the non-smoking but I could smell it when people in other rooms were smoking. No non-smoking room was available plus they didn’t ask me how they could help. I was waken up by the smell this morning and had headache throughout the day.
