The rooms are comfortable enough, although some things in the room didn't really make sense, like having an induction stove in the room but there is no induction stove cooking ware. One Free breakfast and a drink coupon for a week, they clean your room every day, and had a nice Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel. The onsen bath was cold on two nights and when we shared this with staff, they reset things quickly, allowing us to return in an hour to piping hot spring baths.
