"I heard a few bad reviews so I was a bit apprehensive about booking . The moment I arrived at the reception it did take a few moments for the staff to allocate a room but it wasn’t a long wait I was approached with smiles . The staff are friendly and always helpful . The room was exceptionally clean , equipped with a microwave /fridge freezer and cutlery /mugs /tea and coffee /milk and a kettle . I slept like a baby . No Air conditioner but a fan but to be fair it’s a 3 star hotel so I wasn’t expected an AC although it would have been great (lol). Breakfast was decent . Please do not go by the reviews on here , book it and experience it for yourself . I don’t know what people were really expecting for a 3 star hotel but I was genuinely impressed. "

"From a lovely Indian girl on reception who went out of her way to assist me. Nicest reception staff I’ve experienced in Oxford area and I generally stay in the city centre, Marriot, Malmaison, Premier inn. The hotel overall was much nicer than any of the above. I usually visit about every 6?weejs fir a medical appointment, sometimes 4 weeks. I will be staying 100%"
