Check in was very clearly laid out and communication with the host was easy and very responsive. She always responded within minutes and was able to help with any questions I had. The studio apartment was quiet and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a long day traveling around Chicago. The location was great for us since we had a car to drive around. But there was no guaranteed parking. However, lots of street parking in the neighborhood across N Milwaukee Ave, so we never had an issue!
