The property was clean and they supplied things such as coffee, pods, and washing machine pods, which we greatly appreciated. I thought the price we paid was very high for what we received. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable with a futon and another type of round chair the apartment needed some tender, loving care. The floor in the kitchen was cracked and stuffed with cloth to seal it up, there was a large picture that was no longer there in the kitchen and all of the holes and ripped off paint were evident. The heating/air-conditioning vents needed some repainting. There is no dishwasher which I was concerned with that is it a code violation because if other people/public rental are using the dishes and hand washing them, they are not being sterilized, so I had to rewash all the dishes myself by hand to ensure they were clean. We ordered out one night and I got the food on the counter however, there was no spray for me to spray on the counter and clean it up. I just had to use a damp cloth. They left no type of cleaning supplies so we could clean after ourselves. They also had a cracked window which had a very severe crack and since the unit is right on the street, meaning that somebody walking by if you have the blinds open could easily see in I did not want to open the curtains to let any light in because we saw a few questionable people walking by. Meaning a man not fully dressed, talking to himself, etc.. and the oven needs cleaning
