Spacious 5-bedroom house great for large groups

  • Light and airy custom built home across from Humboldt Park with expansive views of the Humboldt Park pond/lake. Spacious yet cozy, perfect for a family getaway or a large group of friends.
    The space

    Huge open concept living/dining/kitchen perfect for cooking & socializing. A luxurious king sized primary suite with ensuite bathroom - a custom rain shower and high end Toto bidet toilet. Upstairs features two spacious secondary bedrooms with queen sized beds and another full bathroom.

    The lower level basement features two additional guest bedrooms and a full guest bathroom - and a cozy multi-purpose room with a smart TV, treadmill, office workstation, a futon, and a large closet.

    There is a detached 2-car garage included in the price, plus ample street parking.
