Welcome to our furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor—simple, cozy, and ready for your stay. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there’s one bathroom, a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, plus a small desk if you need to get some work done. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home.  
  
The apartment has Wi-Fi, good natural light, and a relaxed, homey feel throughout. Please note there’s no elevator—access is by stairs only. The location is convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport all nearby, making it easy to get around or settle in.  
  
Kindly note that a quick screening and ID check are part of the booking process.

Great property in a great neighborhood with a great host! The Trifecta! The place is really nice with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Close to Wrigleyville for all your fun!

Location: The area was in a safe and cute looking neighborhood. The door to the apt building locked so it gave a secondary sense of safety. The unit was next to a Starbucks so that was great for morning coffees. It was also walkable to all bars and stores in the gayborhood. It is a little further out for tourist things like the bean or zoo etc but one Uber ride into the city (25 mins) and you could do it all in a day. Host: Super easy to get in contact with. Very friendly and made sure we had everything. Checking in was a little confusing but once we actually read and watched the video they sent before we got there it was super easy. Unit: It is an older building like most in the area so it had that city charm. Everything we could need or didn't know we would need was available in the unit. It felt like home instead of borrowing someone's rental. I would highly recommend this area/unit
