Whether you\`re sipping coffee in the sunroom or exploring the bars and boutiques on Division Street, you’ll feel right at home. And with room for six, in-unit laundry, and high-speed Wi-Fi, it’s the ideal blend of vintage charm and modern convenience. The space: The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently pulls out into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet. Amenities: In-unit laundry, sunroom, smart TV with Airplay, Nest thermostat, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker Location: \- All within two blocks: coffee shops, brunch cafe, and countless bars & restaurants \- In walking distance: live music, Wicker Park green space, convenience store, grocery store, BYOB pizza spot, bookstore, beercade, and much more (just ask!) Parking: \- Metered street parking is available directly outside the building on Division St \- Free street parking is occasionally available on Leavitt \- Additional street parking is often available on Haddon Ave but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. The apartment is perfectly located for all things Wicker Park, and despite the hustle and bustle of the area, it was quiet.
