Nice hotel, cozy room.

Pros: Nice location.
Cons: Just as stated above.
Location: Great a location, quiet street very close to Michigan avenue shopping.
Enjoyed my stay there. Very courteous staff, nice room. My only advice for improvement is to offer a makeup mirror, the mirror in the bathroom is not close up accessible.

Nice hotel in excellent location.

It had the best price among the hotels in the same star rating category. Excellent location, next to Michigan Av( 100 meters walk). Staff very kind and helpful. Room was not very big, but good size for a 1 night stay.

Location: The hotel is located right on Magnificent Mile--there are so many shops and restaurants really close! And the lake, too!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely loved the beautiful, old hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and we had no issues whatsoever with them. The only 2 downfalls that I noticed were: the walls are incredibly thin--but that's just because the hotel is so old. Second, although the bathroom was really nice, the rain shower was basically useless. There was not a lot of water pressure and that makes for not the greatest shower. I understand it's supposed to be relaxing, but when you wanna feel super clean, relaxation doesn't matter. Even so, the doormen were so sweet and helpful, the front staff were great, and even the guests were nice too. Maybe we came at the right now (still Winter) and the clientele are different in the Summer. Either way, we had a great time! Thank you so much to everyone for making our first trip to Chicago a great one.

Good location. Kind of pricey.

Hotel was in good location. Room Cost was average but cost to park was ridiculous. $67 per day --which is crazy when your car isn't moved for over 2 days. Restaurant was also very expensive for just a plain old breakfast. It's an older hotel so rooms were kind of small. Not sure I would stay here again.

Always nice staying here.

Never a bad experience! I always come back to stay here. So comfortable, clean & quite. When I've stayed at other places in Chicago, it's been very noisy. The Knickerbocker has always been a nice stay.

Nice Hotel

Posted 12-Mar-2017
Pros: Nice room, great breakfast with friendly staff. We were happy that the wine bar found us a great cup of tea at 11 pm.
Cons: Lower the toilet seat.
Location: Near all the stores, near the beach, near the walk along Lakeshore Drive.
We were visiting for a Memorial Celebration at the Casino Club. So the Knickerbocker was five minutes away.

Location was good

Hotel is historic and so is a little dated and worn. We were in a superior room seventh floor and was quiet but no view. Didn't like the shower much - rain head not my thing. There was a little Keurig coffee machine with about eight capsules but only two creamer sachets provided. No room service which would of been great as we arrived so late.

Pros: Hate
Cons: Tell People THE TRUE !!! WE are their Whole World ??? Because they are making money on US !!! Overnight Parking - $67.00.
Location: I am telling everybody !!! Cross the Street from the Hotel is Parking Garage. They charge only $42.00. Big difference !
Hiden Information about their servise. Never for ever will stay there and never will recommend for my friends !!!
