Very comfortable stay. Well located. Appreciated the washer/dryer. A bit confusing to access the building / elevator / apartment with codes but once I oriented it was convenient. I would stay here again.
The location was excellent. It was so clean and well taken care of. My only thing was I didn’t like how the front door of the complex was always unlocked and anybody can walk in. However, having to punch in your security code to get onto your level was great to have the extra security. Would highly recommend for future visitors.
I absolutely loved my stay! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I needed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and it even had a laundry machine right in the room! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.
This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean with limited noise from the L train. They provided ear plugs and white noise machines, if needed. They communicate quickly and efficiently via the Expedia app and you can’t beat the location. I would stay here again after a very pleasant experience. The luggage storage was full but I utilized another service down the street (bounce) at the art store.
Location is terrific
Property is super clean, well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable
I didn’t sleep as well due to noise from the subway and no black out curtains.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel is in a very good location. We have done a lot of things without renting a car. But the biggest problem is that this hotel doesn’t have a front desk or real staff on site to help. I was very tired and frustrated when I first arrived after a long flight and no one told me how to check in. They contact through Expedia message and sent thousands messages before my arrival. It’s not a traditional hotel. But the room was clean and nice.
Small, clean apartment w/ full kitchen and good internet. Perfectly located to my office and Millenium Park (The Bean). Excellent food choices in the local area.
This is a DIY/B and B set up, the entry codes to the building and room were flawless, never a problem. The option to locker up bags after checkout is great.
The amenities were unexpected, down to laundry soap for the washer!
There is a bit of noise from the elevated train but that doesn’t bother us at all, we’re in Chicago! The location is perfect for Millennium Park, CSO and the Art Institute. We walked from the Metra at Ogilvie and it took 15 minutes (and we’re in our 60/70’s)
Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful staff very helpful on arrival despite not have a front desk. The rooms are fully stocked with everything you could need as well as very tidy. Felt very safe with the security systems put
This apartment offered very generous space, with comfortable furniture and great amenities, for an extremely reasonable price. Access to the building and apartment was easy and we were close to everything we needed. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and beds were clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was the elevated train line running right in front of the building and one floor below us - SO loud and ran frequently day and night. BUT the owner provided earplugs and white noise machines for the bedrooms, which saved us and let us sleep peacefully! (Although blackout shades in the bedrooms would be a great addition.) When we had some questions about things in the apartment, someone was quickly at the door to explain things and to be sure we understood how to operate all appliances. All in all, a great stay and we hope to return.
Very communicative very clear instructions the room was very clean, access to free Wi-Fi. they have amenities and also offer you supplies such as bounty, soap for the dishes, towels, toilet paper, ear plugs, sound machine, and soap for bath use. the location is perfect! It’s close to sightseeing areas, transportation is available less than 2 minutes from there.
Everything was perfect. The room looked just like the pictures. Amazing location right at the heart of the loop, right by Millenium park. Check in was easy, the customer service line was easy to get in contact with and very helpful. The value for money is unbeatable and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I needed a stay in Chicago again.
The room was so stylish, clean, and spacious! Upon arrival you have to look for the sign that has the staff number since there’s no “in-person” desk attendant. The sign they had was just a tad small with a very thin font so it was hard to see and find at first, but once we texted/called the number, they were very quick to respond and super helpful! They sent all my check in info and codes to my number and sent us a code to lock/unlock our room. Definitely would stay again!
The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was super nice and even gave a number to contact them if i needed anything at all. The location was so nice because it was near everything so there was no need for a car as well. The host was very considerate and even included earplugs and a white noise machine because of the close proximity of the railway! Would definitely recommend to others!
I had a really great stay at LIVN Millennium Park. The location honestly couldn’t be better and made getting around the city super easy.
The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything felt well kept and thoughtfully set up, and it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the communication throughout the stay was clear and helpful. Overall it was a really convenient and enjoyable place to stay in downtown Chicago.
I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
Really great spot right downtown. Our unit didn’t face Wabash directly so the train noise wasn’t bad at all. The staff were super responsive and friendly. The only downside is that there is only one window in the unit and it faces brick walls and other unit walls/windows. Not really a problem if you are there to sleep and then head out for the day. But if you are work-staying, you might want a bit more daylight. Overall, I would recommend, for sure!
Great hotel for travelers. Stayed here for a week around Memorial Day and it was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean space, nice shower (water pressure & temperature). The kitchen was great: well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. *Outstanding* location! Right next to the Washington/Wabash train stop, making for easy arrival from the airport and for getting all around the city, a block from Millennium Park/Art Institute, etc, another 400 meters or so to the lakefront (a great place for a walk or a jog if the weather is nice). Right in the Loop so surrounded by great food, drink, and entertainment options. Management was responsive. Keyless entry was easy. We had a street-facing room so the passing elevated trains were a little loud the first night, but became white noise after that--and the room comes stocked with earplugs, a thoughtful touch. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago!
The location could not be better for art and architecture lovers like me. The staff were so kind and available. As I'm a senior I had some trouble using the tech initially. I was exhausted and irritable but once I made contact everything became smooth. The bed was some new material that was not.my preference but it worked out. I think that it might be fine for others. The phone reception got spotty a few times but mostly ok. The room was immaculate and roomy.
