About this property

Historic Coach House in Evanston One Block to Beach and Close to Town and NU!

  • The Coach House is situated above the garage of a beautiful historic Manor House built in 1914 and designed by famed architect Earnest Mayo. The entire house and coach house was restored to its original splendor and has since won several awards and been seen on TV and in movies. The house is both a National and Evanston landmark and is situated in the Lakeshore Historic District. The coach house includes a living room/dining room, one bedroom, a bathroom and a full kitchen.
    There is also a single bedroom on the second floor of the main house that can be used for an extra guest. Please inquire regarding fees.
    The house and gardens can also be rented for private parties and small gatherings. Please inquire for details and pricing. Additional documentation in the form of an agreement regarding pricing and rules for use of the space will require signature, if interested.
