The stay overall was nice and they put my on the first floor to be accommodating for our service dog. Our room was clean but did have an odor from other pets. The hot tub was amazing but the pool was like a cold plunge. If there are a ton of people in the pool room it’s so loud you can barely have a conversation as loud noise echos. My overall stay was good.
