The hotel was very difficult for Lyft, and Uber cabs to find. Although a regular taxi for much more money was extremely easy to get. There was a porter that simply whistled, and a taxi appeared! The room was very comfortable, I somehow lost my key, as my son and I went to the lobby so he can catch his taxi. I didn't have any ID on my, as all was in the room. I asked the front desk for another. I was questioned, in a snide manner. I was told that a security guard would meet me at my room. Promptly, a security guard was walking towards where I was standing, asking for ID. I explained again, I didn't have any on me as I was just walking my son to the lobby. The young, snarky guard explained the dangers of not having ID. He opened the door and I quickly showed my ID, and was given two keys. I didn't appreciate being spoken to as it I was a criminal. However, I do understand the protocol.
There were many, many kids, huge families there, much to my surprise as it is not a kid friendly hotel. Overall, very expensive, very comfortable, mostly nice employees there.
