This is the hotel of dreams. I will remember this place for a very long time. Stunning spot, amazingly friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant (tasting menu) which was out of this world. Breakfast lovely Loved the pool Amazing amazing place.

After the drive from Pisa airport, the drive up the 4km track led to a most stunning property. We were immediately welcomed by Stefano (and two cold beers!) and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. The most beautiful and breathtaking place to stay. The staff were lovely, the rooms were quiet, the views were exceptional. The breakfast was perfect. Idyllic!

We had a fabulous stay here. Impruneta is a lovely quiet hilltop town where we were able to easily explore the delights of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena). We stayed in the family cottage with a private pool which was just perfect and all the staff were first class. Lovely breakfast too!!

Restored townhouse in lovely village of San Donato. Lots of old features and collection of old memorabilia. Fantastic views over Chianti from roof terrace where breakfast is served. Paolo and Valeria are great hosts and looked after us very well. We will go back again!!!

Had a wonderful family stay here. It's a very quaint and rustic old villa on the edge of the town. The views over the Chianti wilderness from every window, the pool and the Breakfast patio are breathtaking. We stayed in the Superior Suite as a family of four. This place is surreal. We felt like we were on the set of the Name of the Rose. Sleeping in a real XIV century monastery, with its own church (with amazing frescoes), on a hill overlooking the grapes and olive trees dotted countryside...just unbelievable. Loved this hotel. Just lovely views, big rooms, great value for money. Dinner setting beautiful. Staff very friendly. Pool lovy and warm during a not to warm stay in Italy. Perfect.

Lovely staff and facilities

This is a beautiful unspoiled traditional Tuscan hotel, rooted in the culture of the region. The decor of the bedroom and the lovely sitting room is delightful. The staff are courteous and friendly always willing to help. Below the hotel is an excellent restaurant, good food and of course wine to match.

The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. In particular the owners were very friendly and helpful.
