convenience location to city centre and sighseeings
It got the old school feel to it. Location wasn’t that bad. They need to have staff that can speak English a lil bit more than what they have now. The beds were a lil bit hard to sleep on. The pool needs better maintenance.
Second time staying. A casual hotel but best service and excellent location. We had a suite and it was awesome ! Really like the staff and the deco. Very cozy and great price!
I love everything about this property. It is in a terrific location, the staff are amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai.
Good location. Walk about 5 minutes to market and lovely staff
The hotel was very good and staff excellent. James was particularly helpful and we would definitely stay here again, some of the fixtures are a little old but that kind of added to the charm. Staff all did a great job. The only thing not working was the steam room. Not sure why
Location, clean and space. A lot of good food nearby.
The hotel is nice, good location even when it is not the center of the Old Town, its still good. Staff they are nice and helpful. The breakfast is terrible... the administration if the hotel should be aware that quality of the breakfast it is not according to the quality of hotel they are trying ...
It was a beautiful hotel. Well staffed and very friendly. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The only slight issue I had was with the American breakfast. It was not very good but it was free. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
