The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet and, you can walk into Chesterfield or local amenities are within minutes. You also have FREE ample, safe parking directly outside the property. We wanted to create a modern house conversion that caters for modern families, equally for the modern working professional(s). On top of that each bedroom has two seperate single beds that can interlock to make a double where required. On top of that the whole house has been tastefully decorated to a modern and clean standard. Had a hard day? Only 4 dinner sets too. Although there were 8 beds, two were downstairs in a room that had no curtains. Two of the curtain fittings upstairs were very loose and one set fell down altogether. The place was beautifully clean and tidy inside but the rubbish on the outside was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately the neighbours were very noisy and one night there loud shouting , music and laughter went on till 3 in the morning. This sounds negative but the location was good as it was easy to get into the Peak District. ##### Veronica P.
