"This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. "Even though the weather was cold, we still managed to take a walk on the beach. Enjoy being able to step out and be a few steps from the beach. Great restaurants are a long walk or short drive away."

"Kingsmill Resort was a beautiful setting. The location was great - very close to major attractions. The condo was very clean with comfortable, lovely furnishings. The en suite bedrooms and common area were a perfect fit for our 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay."

"Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!"

"The condo itself was just fine. It had a very small kitchen area and the kitchen faucet swiveled annoyingly until someone came to fix it. The bedroom was a good size and the color scheme was nice. The furniture in the living room was comfortable. The big problem was management. I was supposed to be in the condo for 28 days. However, part way through I was told that I would have to move to a different unit and be out that day! Management claimed that they had left messages but I never got the...

"Everything was phenomenal except for the shower. It has a strange half door and extremely high pressure that causes water to shoot out of the shower amd onto the bathroom floor. The staff was all extremely accomdating and helpful. Amazing staff!!"
