"On arrival met by very friendly staff. Went straight to my room (6th floor- no lift) on arrival nice large room basic furniture and a sink A double bed (requested) and a single. Shower and toilet same floor couple Mt's away. Comfy bed. I didn't have breakfast on offer till 9am. Great location...quite....and ..."

"Initially put in a ground floor room which was effectively the basement (G13). There was a huge pile of rubbish outside our door in the corridor. The room smelt awfully of damp and sewage with a loud dehumidifier on the floor. Furniture scuffed. The window was half height overlooking roof vents next ..."
