Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Lots of additional extras like games room, massive dvd collection and player in room for those of us from across the pond that can’t easily access Netflix etc. particularly enjoyed the selection of home made baked goods on offer. Really nice to come back to a cuppa and a piece of cake in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it. Varied breakfast menu each day, always delicious. Loads of extra space for wandering around and a barn with table tennis for...

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Travelled as a couple, first time in Gatlinburg. Two biggest positives about this hotel were the breakfast at the heirloom room and the staff, both were excellent and better than I’ve experienced at hotels twice the price. Rooms overlook the water and are clean and well kept. Great experience overall. Firmly reccomend.

This place is just wonderful. A great place to relax and unwind within walking distance of the Smokey Mountains.
Toni and Scott are amazing hosts and the breakfasts are fab. In fact the banana bread and pancakes were the best I have ever had!
