Great place to stay. Only complaint was the outside lights that were so bright shown inside the door all night. Great place to stay! Would stay again only with a sleep mask

Laundry was very convenient in room

Overall everything was very good, however a few things could have been better. The fireplace in the room was already cut off for the season even though the temperatures got down into the 40s at night, and the lobby fireplace was still operational. This was one reason I booked the certain room with the fireplace. The shower didn’t have a seal on one side of the door, so it ran into the floor and soaked the bath mat. The lighted Market Street sign hanging outside was so bright it made it look like dawn all night (maybe some room darkening curtains or something?) Upon check in, Chloe was outstanding! She was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop pool and bar was great.

Room was clean but outdated. Breakfast was good. Balcony was very dirty and so much bird droppings that it stunk. Shower was very good. Bathroom was tiny. Outside common area(elevator, stairs, parking) needed tending to in a bad way. It was an average motel not a good hotel. I have definitely stayed in worse as well as much better. For the price I would stay somewhere else.

Everything was great! We had dance competition in the same building so we didn’t have to leave and fight the traffic
