Lux, fam-friendly Mount Home Close to AVL/WVL Yard

We are open, and the surrounding area is as well! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located luxury home. We fully stocked the house with anything you could possible need for both adults and children. We are located 15 min to Waynesville, 30 to Asheville, Ski Cataloochee! It’s great for kids! Beautiful View and large flat yard.

We are in a really great spot in between all the national parks and forests: Smoky Mountain, Blueridge Pkwy, Pisgah, Nantahala.surrounded by hiking, rivers, lakes, tubing, u-pick farms, swimming holes, and fishing.
The space is completely updated, luxurious, but yet still family friendly. Master has an en-suite bathroom and brand new Saatva Luxury Hybrid King bed. Downstairs there is a second master with Queen bed, and a third bedroom with full over full bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. Both masters have Smart TVs. Living Room has a Samsung Frame TV and bar area. We have a Google mesh network set up and Skyrunner internet, so we have been able to successfully work remotely every time we’ve been up. There is a full bath with tub downstairs and laundry. Our kitchen is fully stocked, and we have two large places to cook, both in and outdoors. We have storage wardrobes for hiking or ski equipment, etc downstairs. We have a third half bath upstairs near the kitchen. There is a never-flat queen blow up bed on a frame available, as well as single frame and mattress, in order to create flexible sleeping arrangements. All beds are new and very comfortable. We have 1000 sq ft of porches both covered and uncovered. There is an outdoor covered grilling area with wine fridge and tv. We have outdoor tables large enough for multiple families to eat together. There are outdoor couches, chairs, and a fire table on the uncovered porch, as well as a very comfortable fire pit area in the yard. We have an elevated sitting area on the top of the hill (at the end of the yard) with another great sunset view and outdoor lights.

We have a large mostly flat yard, with a great view, which is rare in the mountains. It’s amazing for kids and safe. We have a children’s swing/playset, badminton set, bocce set, soccer net and balls to use while you stay. There are cows, birds, squirrels, butterflies, bunnies, even wild turkeys who regularly visit the property. We have a lot of children’s toys, books, utensils, pack n play, diaper genie, art supplies, and bug catching nets on property. Our goal was to make it easy to go on vacation, by having what you need to relax already there.

We are 15 minutes from Waynesville and 30 from Asheville. We are centrally located to all the best hiking, skiing, waterfalls, U-pick farms, swimming holes, lakes, and fishing. We are a quick trip away from Asheville and Waynesville, which allows you to enjoy all the attractions of the city, while staying in the country/mountains. Whole house and property. We have an owners closet ,storage units/drawers, and an owners freezer that we reserve for us. Everything else is available for use. There is plenty of empty storage- closets, dressers, and wardrobes etc in each room and common areas for guest use.
