Chepstow Racecourse

Chepstow Racecourse is situated in Monmouthshire in south-east Wales, near the southern end of the Wye Valley. The track is a great point of interest in the UK and attracts visitors from all over the world.

The Welsh Grand National is held at Chepstow every December and is a fantastic opportunity to get dressed up, don a fancy hat and enjoy a day at the races.

The track is a roughly oval circuit of around two miles, used for both flat and jump racing. There are a range of facilities, including a fully stocked bar, snack and fast food vendors, and, for a sit-down meal, the Silks Restaurant.

There is a range of package deals available, offering visitors entry into the premier enclosure, a three-course meal and reserved table for the duration of the day. For a more opulent experience, book a suite with dedicated server and excellent views of the track.

Chepstow is also available for private hire and is a popular place for conferences, meetings and live performances. UB40 and Madness will be performing after the traditional races in 2015 and Sara Cox is booked to DJ at Ladies’ Night in June.

Chepstow Racecourse offers a great day out that can be enjoyed by all the family. For a truly decadent day, where not hire a suite and watch the horses in luxury?
