"立地が不便。一番近い地下鉄は徒歩20分。バス停はすぐ目の前にあり徒歩3分以内に3ヶ所バス停ありました。バスを乗りこなせないと無理です。東大門、明洞、仁寺洞などの繁華街に出るのに30分から1時間かかります。初日ホテルのWi-Fiが分からず。フロントは常時無人。部屋にある電話機はオーナー?直通みたいで電話したらウインドウ ウインドウと。話の途中で電話切られました。窓かと思い窓見たら小さいシール貼ってありました。QRコードあり読み込ませたらwifi 繋がりました。着いた瞬間すぐ帰りたくなるホテルでした。"

"The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it. The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist here. For a property charging luxury rates, these are basics, not extras. Credit where it's due: a manager kindly moved me to a renovated room, which was a welcome gesture, and breakfast was decent enough. But one helpful staff member cannot make up for a hotel that seems indifferent to its guests. If you are considering the Grand Hyatt for a Seoul trip, I would strongly recommend the Four Seasons instead — comparable location in old Seoul, and they actually understand what service means."

"We are a couple from Canada and stayed at the Residence Unicorn in mid-March 2026\. The unit is as described and everything works. (This is not a 5-star hotel, but suited us perfectly.) We appreciated the kitchenette and also the washing machine. It is an excellent location - close to subway/buses, emart next door, and many other useful shops. The host had great communication prior to and upon our arrival, was accommodating, and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for the host, location and amenities. Thank you! "
