"First of all, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful even before our trip began. Communication was smooth and very thoughtful, which made us feel comfortable before arriving. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. The family room was truly spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were well equipped, and the small decorations and details in the room were cute and made the atmosphere very pleasant. Regarding cleanliness, if you look very carefully you might notice a little dust, some hair, or slight red mold in the bathroom, but overall it was within an acceptable range and did not affect our stay. The location is also excellent. There are so many places to eat nearby that you will never have trouble finding food, and there is even a market close by where you can buy delicious takeaway and enjoy it back in the room. Most importantly, the station is extremely close, which makes getting around Seoul very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Korea."
