The customer service is extraordinary and one of the best experience i have had. I left my sunglasses in my hotel room and they tried their best to ship my glasses out for me. We also landed early and they allowed early checked in with a fee. Hence we had to wait! Mosquitoes live inside the hotel room! Despite they had film + we didn’t open window! Les chambres sont impeccables, et le personnel est incroyablement à l’écoute et chaleureux : toujours prêt à aider ou à conseiller.
