"Convenient clean and comfortable hotel near to Heathrow. Great sound proofing given its proximity. The 423 bus gets you to/from the airport for less than £2. The only quibble would be the bar/restaurant which slaps a service charge on drink without warning. If you dont ask for the bill and just tap you'd never know."

"Excellent location right across street from Hyde park beautiful for walks running etc so close to 2 tube stations making sightseeing more accessible Negative rooms are small and bed is small bathroom very small but you are not in London to sit in a room !"

"All the ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The older man at the front desk in the afternoon was not as nice or helpful but everybody else was amazing. I would not call this place luxurious but it very comfortable, clean and affordable."
