The hotel was an older one but it was clean and kept up pretty well. The staff was amazing and friendly. For being a cheaper hotel I would stay here again. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The sheets on the bed smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. The motel staff was very nice and happily helped with additional requests we had. The motel is close to I-40 so I thought the noise of the traffic would be an issue, but in the room you could not hear the traffic. If I ever travel to this part of the country again I would stay here.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I would recommended calling ahead if you are running late (says staff are available for check in until 9pm). We did have to knock and eventually call when we arrived after 8pm.

Towels were full of paint stains, grease stains, and holes, bathtub had brown stains in it, the bedspreads looked like someone used them for dropcloths to paint, and the sheets had stains.

Made reservation at 10 pm while travelling. Arrived at location to find a sign saying "no check in after 9 pm. Contacted customer service. They state reservation is nonrefundable. Drove to next exit. Took over an hour to find another hotel. Had to drive 32 miles the opposite direction. First and last time using hotel.com

The pool was not in use! Did not get the requested room for non smoking. Was sent another 25 miles away to another hotel and had to turn around and go back to the 1st hotel and tell them that was the hotel that I requested. The kept there in trance to the office locked up.
