The new policy of bags in hold was a problem for ground staff atTfs and some still managed to bring on very large bags. The staff were excellent especially as my husband is an invalid and very slow, they had endless patience.

Airline service was good despite having a 9 hour delay -communication could have been a lot better. Issues at Bristol airport on landing but beyondxairline control.
