On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. "Very nice hotel - the room and spa were great! only downside is they don’t have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Music in the lobby was incredibly loud, very much a pity when you’re trying to relax… good thing our room was very large and comfortable. "
