The staff was really nice! Breakfast was good. Loved the jacuzzi and the pool! They had good TV channels that they offer for free! And not even 10 minutes away from downtown. Definitely would come back for an easy stay!

I’ve been staying here for about 8 years during my travels. This motel is in decline, and that decline has accelerated in the last couple years. I do t know if its new ownership or what. Breakfast is getting cheaper and less varied. The hot tub hasn’t worked in 3 visits during the past 8 months, the pool area wasn’t clean… Rooms were fine. They were clean.

Good luck finding it at night! No lit sign and only the glow of the pool area! Fortunately we’ve stayed here before! Otherwise very clean and priced right!

Hot tub has been down for months, many bulbs are burnt out in pool area, ice machine was out of commission (new issue(?)), Lampshade in room is disintegrating - mostly what I'd consider minor issues, but don't convey a sense of good maintenance

Very nice check in staff who helped me change rooms. The pictures Orbitz has of the room interiors are wrong sometimes. Tbey show the deluxe suite to have a jacuzzi tub but that tub does not exist in the deluxe suite. I wanted the tub because we had a long bike ride and when I booked the room I did so for the tub. Upon getting to the room it was just a regular shower so the front staff was very accommodating as we tried to decide of we wanted a smaller room so we could get the jacuzzi tub.

The mattress could have been better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is low quality. We enjoyed the fireplace in our room but wished that we had more control over the thermostat.

Family Visit
The service was exceptional! We loved that the hotel had board games and books in the lobby to use or check out. The breakfast was good, we loved the pool. Even though the hot tub was closed, the pool was rather warm which was nice. Our only "complaint" is that the mattresses could use to be replaced. Ours both sunk in the middle and the pillows were rather lumpy as well. Overall the hotel was clean with friendly staff. We would stay here again.

It was a nice place but not as advertised. We were looking forward to the hot breakfast and the hot tub but got neither. The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast is only available on the weekends. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere.

For an Americinn, it was a bit "outdated". The upkeep could have been better. The room was nice, but fireplace didn't work in our room, tub stopper did not work in the daughters room.

First off, we came in the dark. There is no lit sign so it was hard to find. The room was so dated and dingy. The floor had two burn marks in it. The furniture was probably 20-25 years old. The door had a gap you could see through to the hall. Our neighbors had two dogs and a cat.
