overall the hotel is fantastic. Location is great although overall pudong is more like a business district rather than family place as in Puxi

Great location and very Morden and clean hotel.

Great choice for staying close to Disneyland. Hotel’s shuttle bus helped us a lot for transport convenience to Disneyland, metro and airport. The only down side is I couldnt find a convenient store nearby.

Superb location, lots of quality shops and restaurants, five minutes from metro. Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Great to see rooms are undergoing refurbishment, may come back next year to check them out 😉 didn’t try breakfast (we don’t normally eat breakfast) out as fairly expensive along with internal coffee shop and so many fantastic places outside if you did want to, but if convenience is your thing it’s perfect, but we did read that it was a great breakfast.

It was fantastic? Amenities, staff, atmosphere. Breakfast would be even better with more options but was still great. Like gating in the rooms needs to be brighter.

Great hotel, lovely pool, gym and sauna. Staff very helpful with a large shopping complex attached with lots of restaurants if you wanted a change from the hotel restaurant. Food in the hotel was very good with options to suit everyone’s palette.

What can i say...its the Shangri La...world famous hotel. The hotel from checking in to the staff was first class. We stayed a few days for a double celebration....daughters birthday and our wedding anniversary. Told them in advance and they decorated our room for our daughter with balloons and a cake, and for anniversary they gave us towel swans. Lovely touch. They collected our luggage and took it up to our room after checking in. Seamless process. The check in desk was super helpful and...

Superb location beside Century Park and right above the metro station. Couldn't have been better or easier. Large spacious and bright room. Excellent hotel, I will stay here on future trips to Shanghai.

Great area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Close to three metro stations. Hotel room was big, swimming pool was heated.

I would definitely recommend staying at here on a trip to Shanghai. Great location on the Bund, lovely views from the hotel bar. Rooms are very comfortable. Lovely bathrooms, good decor. I would stay again and recommend.

Nice stay with very friendly staff, allowed us to check in early after a very long journey and flight from the uk. They offered us free breakfast whilst we waited and organised our free airport shuttle for the next day.
