This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.

The home is wonderfully furnished with hours of fun waiting for you and your guests inside the game room, loft, or the movie theater room.

This luxurious amenity center is for homeowners in Lennar's Champions Gate together with vacationing guests staying in the resort's short term rental approved neighborhood, The Retreat at Champions Gate. Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more. Among the outdoor amenities are two temperature controlled pools, a lazy river, 2-story water slide, children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the Tiki Bar. Amazing stay!

We had an amazing two-week stay at this beautiful home in Champions Gate! The house was perfect for our large group—plenty of space and lots of fun features to keep everyone entertained. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and the Toy Story-themed bunk bed room with slides was especially loved by the little ones. It truly made the stay extra magical!The pool and spa were another highlight—perfect for cooling off during the day or winding down in the evening. We did have a minor issue with the pool heat at first, but Andes responded very quickly and had it fixed right away, which we really appreciated. Andes is a great host!Overall, we had a fantastic experience and made some incredible memories. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a group trip to the Orlando area!

Found pubic hair in the towels

Definitely the worst Vacation Home I’ve ever rented!! Our stay started with finding pubic hair in the towels - 2 towels!!! The terrible hygiene standards were the same for the rest of the house.. mainly the bbq grill and oven. Probably had never seen a cleaning lady! Our oven door was malfunctioning which led to a terrible smell e smoke through the whole house! We also requested to turn on the pool heating. You definitely know how to charge for a service. Just need to learn to deliver quality for what you charge! We also had problems trying to contact Andes. Several attempts to get an answer. Sometimes didn’t even get an answer. Of course I have the conversation history that I’ll definitely use as evidence on the lawsuit.

Disappointed

This house was not as described on the VRBO site & we wouldn't have rented it for the week if we knew the condition of it. Truly false advertisement! Negatives; The first 3 days we had no heat(cost $45 a day extra)for the jacuzzi so we called and messaged Andes and he just kept saying he would notify maintenance to come check it. 3 days later it was turned on. So we weren't able to use the jacuzzi for those 3 days. Andes did say they would refund us for the 3 days so hopefully that does happen. The sliding doors had no blinds on them so it felt weird that people could see directly in your house especially at night. The 2 screen doors on the lanai had broken latches so the doors opened just by pushing on them. This was a safety hazard for our 2 small grand babies and also dog. The Game room was terrible! The pool table had no cue ball, sticks broke, all the games were broken. All of this was reported to Andes but no one ever came to fix any of it. Some beds had no fitted sheets so you woke up on the bare mattress (gross!). No extra sheets, blankets, limited bath towels, no hand or kitchen towels. Cleanliness of the house was mediocre. Air on the top level did not work well. Some of the outlets in the bathrooms didn't work. Positives; Champions Gait Community was really nice & had great pools with bar & restaurant. Kids rooms were decorated with fun bunk beds. Fridge worked good. Lower level air conditioner worked good. We will stay at Champions Gait again but not this house!
