We came across this hotel by chance on Expedia's website, and immediately fell in love with the photos and wanted to go there. It didn't disappoint! We received a really warm welcome, and we were personally shown to our room. It was also the little touches like being given a welome glass of champagne and having a small bottle in the room as a souvenir as well. Arrived at this hotel and was immediately given a very warm welcome. We were travelling with our ten month old son and the staff had independently picked up on this (despite us not requesting any additional assistance or special requests etc) and they had prepared a beautiful cot for him with lovely bedding and were very thoughtful in including a bottle warmer and kettle in the room. Amazing

Beautiful building with great staff.

This Hotel is a great stopping over point when travelling south and back. We have stayed here many times and it always comes up to our expectations. Right in the middle of Reims with a great car park with all the shops and cafes just around the corner. I recommend this highly.

Firstly the staff are superb! Super helpful and extremely kind. The concierge, Benjamin was such a pro and made sure we had all we needed. Arranged a fantastic tour and lunch for us and I was sad to be unable to say think you again in person.

An exquisite hotel taking full advantage of its 15th century historical foundations- quiet but located close to the action - restaurants, bars and all the cultural centres. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. An absolute joy all round. Only criticism (not mentioned at the time) was the bathroom didn’t have a proper shower or curtain- a walk in shower would have been wonderful (but we appreciate the constraints of a medieval building). Thoroughly recommended!

Fabulous hotel and location! Rooms modern and very clean. Staff super attentive and added the special little touches like a complementary glass of champagne on arrival. Spa access included in stay which was lovely after a long day champagne tasting. will be back soon!

the service was fantastic, the room was very comfortable and clean. Its is very well located as it is only a short drive to Epernay. The restaurant was excellent and the spa made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful historic building, fantastic experience. Wonderful bedroom. Hope to go back some time.
