"UNSAFE FOR FEMALES! The room door is missing the chain and/or bolt lock, and the deadbolt panel was crooked so the deadbolt didn’t work. There is no peephole either, so when a man started pounding on my door at night, I was concerned. The front desk staff came up and didn’t see him. I asked them to review the cameras- NO CAMERAS! I would advise against this property. "

"Perfect for an overnight - bed spotlessly clean, staff lovely, location perfect! Great pub restaurant across road - all great! Only negative is bathrooms could do with upgrading but I would absolutely stay again. "

"Beautiful Chateaux. Rooms and updated with beautiful decoration. We had a Junior Suite, which was quite large and had many windows. Very pleasant. The only down-side was the shower arrangement. No enclosed shower area, only a Tub on top of which the spray shower can be attached. As a result all of the water ended up on the floor! Also the faucets could use an update, as they sprayed in a jet like fashion causing the water to splash all over. There was no A/C, but fortunately during our stay in late July, the temperature was very pleasant, and there was no need for A/C. Bed was a little hard and uneven. (could use an update). Convenient free parking on the grounds available. Surrounding pastural areas and views were lovely. Breakfast was high quality and very good. "
