"Je vous rappel les étapes :
1 je réserve ... tout va bien !
2 le propriétaire m informe par la messagerie ,le jour de mon arrivée, que le draps doivent être retirer de l étendoire, installés sur les lits, retirés au départ, lavés, séchés. Ce qui n était pas précisé dans l'annonce et qui n est pas conforme aux usages de la location.
3 j informe le propriétaire de mon refus de ces conditions et de mon souhait d annuler
4 le propriétaire me précise que ce sont les conditions a prendre ou a laisser...

"Appartement situé en pleine vieille ville d'Annecy, plutôt confortable. Les fenêtres donnent sur une rue piétonne (peu de lumière directe) sympathique, mais mieux vaut prévoir des boules Quies pour s'éviter les désagréments liés aux retours de soirée."

"We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....
