Sheraton 4 Points is as expected but the Property Mgmt company that books the residential side of this hotel (Altara) had no idea how to handle our reservation and literally said he had never heard of VRBO and said something inappropriate when I called the listed contact to check on our room. "We only had 24 hours in Da Nang, and this was the ideal location and property for the time there. Balcony views of the peninsula and seashore, high above the street (nearly the highest vantage point of any property in the city) were better than advertised. We dropped off our laundry, rented a motorbike and ate a delicious Vietnamese take on USA southern BBQ all within blocks of this property - which is a quick walk from the under crowded beach and bars. "The owners were fantastic and very friendly,we were late getting into De Nang, the owner met us with the taxi driver as they were uncertain where to go - that was fantastic service at 10.00pm at night.However for the price we paid the apartment is out dated compared to what you can rent a new apartment for. We arrived and the owners had left us towels to use, there was a washing machine however no clothes airer. To try and get your clothes dried in the bathroom was antiquated. There was no iron...
